This training camp is suitable for all ages and levels.
We hope your club takes advantage of this unique opportunity to host this state of the art Mini Camp in your home town so your club can start the season off with a bang.
Dragon Boat USA's Mini Camp will effectively improve your club's paddling, drumming, steering, and coaching.
State of The Art Coaching and Individual Feedback
Dragon Boat USA will utilizes the state of the art Merlin Excalibur Data Acquisition paddle combined with video feedback at your Mini Camp.
Each participant will receive a detailed computer measure and analysis of their stroke while actual paddling in a Dragon Boat!
You and your coach can view your files in a graphic format. You can run the analysis program that will enable you to compare the actual scores for things like maximum power, impulse power, average work effort and best timing.
This information is invaluable in helping you make adjustments in strength training, conditioning (aerobic and anaerobic) and technique to get the most out of your stroke.
Excalibur is a great tool for team selections, Stroke adjustment, and paddler positioning. It provides coaches with objective and reliable data about each paddler.
