Proposed Bylaw Change to Section 20.1

The Board is presenting a proposed Bylaw change for comments by members for 30 days pursuant to Section 20.1 of the Bylaws.
The proposed Bylaw change will permit a sitting Board member who is serving as the interim Executive Director to receive compensation for the service as interim Executive Director, for a period not to exceed 12 months.
