Race course is within the log boom area to the north of the gazebo and runs parallel to the shore. The finish line is at the south end. Finish line coordinates at 47° 30' 30.50" N, 122° 12'13.00" W.
Boat storage is on the grass area between the gazebo and the Ivar's restaurant. Overnight security will be present at the boat storage area Thursday evening, May 13 through Sunday morning, May 16.
Team Tents can be set up between the gazebo and Ivar's in the boat storage area or between the gazebo and the finish line, for better viewing of the races. Do not drive any stakes into the grass.
Canoe/kayak launching is along the shore between the gazebo and the Ivar's restaurant.

Entry Fees: Collegiate National Championship events is US$55 per person and includes the banquet on Friday evening and barbeque on Saturday at the end of the race day. Entry fee for non-collegiate events is US$25 per person and includes the barbeque on Saturday at the end of the race day.
Membership: All participants must have a current USA Canoe/Kayak or Canadian (or provincial) Canoe Association membership
Team Leader's Meeting: (scratch meeting) Will be held in the gazebo at Coulon Park at 5:00 pm on Thursday, May 13.
Awards: Will be held at the end of each day. Friday awards will be presented at the banquet, Saturday awards at the barbeque and Sunday awards after the last race.
