- Athlete Check in: Friday, April 23, 2009, 10:00 am to 5:00 pm at the OTC Boathouse
- Pre-competition boat control certification: Friday, April 23, 10:00 am to 5:00 pm at the OTC Boathouse.
- Team Leader Meeting: Friday, April 23 at 1:00 PM at the OTC Boathouse
- Officials Meeting: Friday, April 23 at 5:00 PM at the OTC Boathouse
- Officials New Course and Exam Review: Friday, April 23 at 5:30 PM at the OTC Boathouse
- All Officials should attend the Officials meeting and New Course and Rules Review
- All interested individuals are welcome to attend
