RE: 2008 ICF events
The following list of 2008 international events was pulled from the ICF site (www.canoeicf.com). USACK will be submitting their recommendations for officials for the following events to the ICF.
May 15 - 18 Flatwater Olympic Qualification – America &
Pan Am Canoe Championships Montreal CAN
Jun 6 - 8 Flatwater World Cup Race 1 Szeged HUN
Jun 13 - 15 Flatwater World Cup Race 2 Duisburg GER
Jun 27 - 29 Flatwater World Cup Race 3 Poznan POL
Sep 4 - 5 Flatwater Pre-World Junior Championships Moscow RUS
Sep 12 - 14 Flatwater World University Championships Belgrade SER
If you are interested in officiating at any of the events above please submit your requests to Suzanne Britt at (canoejudge@aol.com) by DECEMBER 8, 2007. When you submit your request please rank in order of preference the event/events that hold the most interest for you. All of the above events carry the expectation that you will cover your own trip expenses.
Once recommendations have been decided we will communicate with you who was recommended for which events. The United States will be submitting to the ICF its recommendations no later than DECEMBER 20, 2007. If you are chosen for an event by the ICF either the USACK office, Mary Garland, or Suzanne Britt will contact you.

Olympic Team Trials Oklahoma City, OK April 18 - 20
Pan Am Championship Team Trials Oklahoma City, OK April 18 - 20
Lake Placid International Regatta Lake Placid, NY July 5 - 6
Junior Pre-World Trials (proposed) Oklahoma City, OK August 3 - 4
National Championships Oklahoma City, OK August 5 - 9
